VWTraders.com is an independent, unofficial enthusiast website and classifieds platform.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Volkswagen AG, Volkswagen Group of America, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, or brands.
The terms “VW”, “Volkswagen”, “Beetle”, “Bus”, “Karmann Ghia”, and any other model names or references are used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the type of classic air-cooled vehicles our community loves.
Nothing on this site should be interpreted as suggesting any official relationship, approval, or partnership with Volkswagen or its companies.
We do not sell, service, or represent Volkswagen vehicles in any official capacity.
You must post only ads for vehicles or parts you own or are authorized to sell. All information (year, model, condition, mileage, modifications, title status, etc.) must be true, accurate, and not misleading. Include clear, recent photos of the actual item.
You may not post:
• Fraudulent, fake, or "too good to be true" listings
• Stolen vehicles or parts
• Ads containing spam, links to external sales sites, or solicitation of personal information outside the platform
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or anything offensive
• Duplicate or repetitive ads
• Ads for non-air-cooled VWs (unless in the appropriate "Other" category)
VWTraders.com is solely a platform to connect buyers and sellers.
The website has nothing to do with any actual deal between you and another user.
All negotiations, payments, inspections, paperwork, transportation, and any other aspects of the transaction happen completely offline and directly between the buyer and seller.
We are not a party to any transaction, we do not facilitate payments, we do not hold funds, and we will not get involved in any disputes, bad deals, non-payments, title issues, mechanical problems, scams, or any other issues that arise after you connect through the site.
Any transaction is entirely at your own risk. VWTraders.com bears zero responsibility for the outcome of any deal.
You are solely responsible for the content of your ad and any transaction that results from it. VWTraders.com is only a platform and does not verify listings, inspect vehicles, or act as a broker. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any ad or the outcome of any sale. All sales are private transactions between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend meeting in person, using safe payment methods, and completing proper paperwork (including UVIP in Ontario).
By posting, you choose to share your contact details. VWTraders is not responsible for how buyers or others use that information. We recommend using caution when sharing phone numbers or emails.
We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any ad at our discretion — especially if it appears suspicious, violates these terms, or receives complaints. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Most classic VWs are sold "as-is." We encourage you to clearly state any known issues in your ad. Buyers should inspect or have a mechanic check the vehicle before purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to post an ad.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
By checking the box and publishing your ad, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Posting Terms and Conditions, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
