This past Sunday, June 28th, 2026, we had the incredible honour of launching the site live from the award stage at the 5th Annual GermanAire Car Show in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
To kick things off in style, we presented our very first VWTraders.com Choice Award — and it went to a truly deserving car and owner.
Congratulations to Todd Telford and his stunning 1954 Green Volkswagen Beetle!

From the moment we saw it, this beautiful Beetle caught the eye of the entire VWTraders team. Clean, tasteful, and full of that classic air-cooled charm — it was a simple and well-deserved win.
As part of the award, Todd also received a $250 Gift Certificate generously sponsored by CIP1 (California Import Parts). A huge thank you to CIP1 for supporting the air-cooled community and helping make this award possible. If you need quality vintage VW parts, these are the people to go to!
If you haven't already, check out VWTraders.com and get your car listed or go hunting for your next project!! We're just getting started!
